Our Team

Mannie has more than 15 years of experience working in the investment industry, including at JP Morgan and Well Fargo Advisors. He is passionate about providing investment advice and retirement planning, and has a unique ability to communicate complex financial concepts in an easy-to-understand way. Mannie believes that everyone should be able to understand their finances, and strives to make the world of investments and planning less intimidating.

Mannie is married to his college friend Lauren, and they have two strong-spirited boys, Lorenzo and Luca. When he is not helping his clients or enjoying his family, you can catch him on long runs throughout the Magic City, Miami, FL.

Lauren de la Maza is the Director of Business Development of Pinecrest Wealth Advisors (PWA). She is dedicated to successfully managing procedures that best meet client needs while enabling growth for both current and future clients.  Prior to joining PWA, Lauren worked for 15 years in a senior leadership role managing Best-In-Class integrated business solutions. She brings a wealth of knowledge in strategic planning, internal operations, and communications.

In her spare time, Lauren enjoys cooking and spending time with her family and friends.  Together, Mannie and Lauren support the Cystic Fibrosis South Florida Chapter by chairing and participating in annual events and fundraisers in pursuit of finding a cure. They hope to build a legacy for their family and community.
